Voyence Adds International Software Integration Firm to Growing List of Resellers

Richardson, TX, November 7, 2005 - Voyence, Inc., the leading provider of Network Configuration and Change Management (NCCM) solutions, today announced it has signed an agreement with Eirteic Consulting of Cork, Ireland, for resale of its flagship solution, VoyenceControl!

Eirteic Consulting is a high-technology software integration firm specializing in Network Management software deployment and consulting for large-scale, complex IT structures. Terms of the agreement call for Eirteic to resell Voyence's VoyenceControl! and to support installation, configuration and integration efforts for Voyence customers seeking comprehensive NCCM solutions.
