Eirteic's iMON Service delivers proactive management and monitoring of the client environment. iMON is a comprehensive and secure solution designed to notify Eirteic Support of potential issues while also providing performance-related data from the client's site.

All reports and issues are also visible to the client through a secure HTTPS connection to Eirteic's iMON secure server. iMON is specifically designed to provide Eirteic's Service Monitoring Centre (SMC) with maximum diagnostic information and performance metric data should any issues arise.
